Joey James graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1988 and joined Robert Bunch in practice to form Bunch and James. Mr. James represents clients in cases involving disability, products liability, explosion and fire injuries, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals and toxic torts.
Mr. James is also a grade of the Gerry Spence National Trial College and the American Association for Justice Deposition College. He has been a featured speaker at the AAJ National Convention, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Alabama Association for Justice and as a general CLE presenter across the country. He has tried over 50 jury trial, taken over 500 depositions and over 125 corporation representative depositions. Mr. James’ project and litigation work have been featured on CBS’ 60 Minutes and NBC’s Dateline.
Mr. James is licensed to practice law in all State Courts, the U. S. District Court for the Northern Division of Alabama, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U. S. Supreme Court.
